I have been going to this gym for a couple of months now and training with the owner Josh. Results are unbelievable, gained muscle and lost weight. Josh makes it easy all you have do is show up!! I highly recommend to anybody ready to take that next step in their health journey (as I was) or to anybody who already takes health and fitness seriously. I should also mention the gym is extremely private there is never more than one or two other people in the gym, in most cases when I go in the morning I have the entire gym to myself.
